I learn a lot from everyone and a lot of autonomy is given to people who show that they can be responsible.
People are very open to teach you and to learn more if you are insistent and ask questions.

There is pressure to achieve objectives. And sometimes you will find yourself with obligations and responsibilities that are not commensurate with your job.

You must be yourself, the important thing is that you can indicate that you would like to learn and work well in a team.
Eager to work and focused on standing out but not stepping on others.
It will focus on questions such as how you see yourself in 5 years, how you are organized, what are your skills and strengths, and weaknesses. Then there is also a case study to be done in the assessment center, and here you have to work on your critical thinking and teamwork.
