Best

I get to travel to different sites and learn what they do
The amount of courses on offer for you to apply for
How I get to help with large events which is a confidence booster

Worst

When not a lot of emails come through the day can drag
Having little to do when everyone is on site as we only need a small team
Having to deal with clients/staff professionally especially when they are difficult people despite their mature age

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be sure you understand there will be ample opportunity to train yourself through various courses, but it can sometimes not be busy so expect some good and bad days.

Be calm and friendly as the team are exactly that so they'll be looking for a nice person, keep questions short as some answers you get will be too long to remember.
