What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I know that it sounds obvious and is really boring to do but do your research. You don't have to know everything there is to know about the company but find something that excites you and dig a little deeper. If there's something that the company does that truly excites you and you can bring that up in your application. That passion will come through.

Also practice. The more practice tests, fake video interviews you do the more comfortable you will be doing them and the better your application will come across.

Do you have any interview tips?

Take your time and explain your thinking/logic. The questions are broad and open-ended for a reason - the interviewers want to see how you think but they care less about being told all the things you've done. Definitely don't be afraid to show your achievements though.. use them to back up your point.

Ask questions! Ask questions about the programme, the roles you might get to do, the roles your interviewer's do, long term opportunities etc.. nothing shows that you want the role more. And react to the answers - if you're told something that sounds amazing, say so!
