What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Try to put across your own personality in your application. Nestle is a people company and that reflects in the way it operates, everyone is very open and willing to help each other.

Academic performance and work experience will of course be important but showing your interests in the application and personality in interviews is really important. Don't give generic answers to questions!

Do you have any interview tips?

Interview is strengths based, not competency based. This will really highlight pre-prepared answers which can be used in competency interviews.

Have examples of when you have shown key strengths (i.e. communication, leadership etc) and use these to support your answers to the specific questions.
