Flexibility and variety of the role.
Worst
At month end you will work long hours but it's only 2 days a month and something that comes with the role.

Understand the role you are applying for. Research the organisation and its various brands.
Do you have any interview tips?
Do not stress too much about the interview. In my experience the application and assessment day were the most important - following which you may be invited to an interview.
The interview was fairly informal and used to reinforce what they have seen in you throughout the assessment day.
