a) Use a mixture of examples from social settings and school/uni/work and try and use examples that will make you interesting and memorable.
b) Don't be afraid to sell yourself (but not too much that you sound arrogant).
c) Include extra-curricular activities and hobbies on your CV that show that you are a well-rounded individual.
d) Do research on Allianz and the role. Specifically, show an interest in studying for one of the professional qualifications.
e) Most importantly, don't use generic answers that you've copied and pasted from a different application - it is so obvious to recruiters!

Do you have any interview tips?

b) Make sure you know the two ways in which insurance companies make money, and what our biggest cost is.
c) Have a bank of examples ready for competency-based questions and use the STAR technique to prevent rambling.
d) Do research on Allianz and our competitors.
