Best
Responsibilities early on on something quite important as a grad as well as exposure with manager and Senior Leadership team
Worst
A lot of excel, numbers and formulas but I personally love it as you make a story out of these numbers

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Deep research the company and its values as they are really unique to TJX and the culture is hugely important.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make good research online about the company, the off price model and go to a store in Europe to have a feel of what it is like to work in a store as an associate. It is always good to know what is the face of the company to costumers
