What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Very generous annual leave, study allowance and support offered during your studies.

People orientated company where wellbeing and employee welfare is put at the forefront of the company.

Graduate Development programme done in conjunction with your day to day duties which helps shape you into "future leaders".

Worst

Greater direction upon completion of the scheme could be offered for roles, extra training .

Feedback on the scheme can be slowly implemented, leaving you feel unvalued.

Salary progression is slow and the perks offerings such as a company car aren't allocated to all graduates which can seem unfair when equal journeys are being made.

Culture surrounding graduates differs around the company, where at times they can be seen as lesser.

Why Galliford Try was the core focus of my Assesment centre, research will help you giving a holistic answer of what they do, there strategy, mission etc.

Be considerate and consider others during group tasks as part of the interview process.

Use the STAR method to add structure to your answers, which can also help ease nerves rather than brain dumping on the interviewers.
