Do you have any interview tips?
As cliche as it sounds, be yourself. Show that you're not just an academic, but also have a personality and are able to communicate with people at different levels. Within the interview and assessment centre exercises, ability to communicate is key and could be the difference between getting offered a position or being unsuccessful in the process.
