What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Involved an application form, telephone interview, assessment day, numerical and logical tests, and a final interview.
The process is fairly long, but the first couple of stages are fairly straightforward and from what I remember only cover very standard interview/competency questions.
Do you have any interview tips?
At the assessment day aim to become friendly with some of the other graduates, it makes the day a lot easier as it was a long day (8-6 in some cases, which is a lot longer than others I attended) this included periods of waiting around.
The assessment involved a team task, presentation and an interview.
It is probably different for opposing roles, but I wasn't quizzed much about Capita at the interview stage but knowing some facts and figures wouldn't harm your chances. Mostly, questions were posed around my motivations (for the job role, for finance, for qualification), work experience and academic background.
