What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Get to work with a huge verity of people and on many different areas of the business and projects. No two roles are the same and really good exposure to the senior management team.
Worst
Quite often not enough work to do for individual graduates - have to spend a lot of time finding ways to fill your workload such as getting involved in other areas that aren't specifically yours.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show a keen interest in the industry - although you don't need specific knowledge about it, being interested is the key. Have a basic amount of background knowledge on DHL as a company, and know the difference between DHL Supply Chain, DHL Express, DHL Global Forwarding, etc.
Do you have any interview tips?
Interest in the company, the industry and the specific programme is more important than experience. Be able to relate occasions and events from your degree, past jobs, hobbies with the working environment.
