Lots of support given from everyone I have worked with so far
Have been included in a variety of projects and my input has been listened to
Employee focused - wellbeing and work/life balance comes first

Working from home - only temporary due to Covid
Offices spread throughout the UK - can be difficult to move from place to place (not necessarily a bad thing, some people may like this)
