What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Great Culture within the group and also big emphasis on the graduates and apprenticeships being the future of the company
Good support for extra qualifications/chartership, in my case CIMA
Always check that the work I get allocated is meaningful but also enjoyable.
Worst
Industry as a whole isn't inline technologically with some counterparts, this could be seen as a potential motive to implement change but some of the processes/ systems are outdated industry wide.
Knowledge sharing with different departments is sometimes difficult especially due to the limited number of finance graduates.
