What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The salary, the opportunity to travel, the exposure to key business functions and senior leadership. The size of the office means you are immediately at the heart of things rather than one of hundreds of new graduates.
Worst
The hours are relatively long once the working day as well as studying is accounted for.

Be yourself - the process is more relaxed than it is in financial services, it's more important that you are relaxed, friendly, and representing your true self.

Look at the company values (there are four) and really demonstrate those. The assessment centre consists of an individual task, a group task and an individual interview.
