What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I am given responsibility for important accounting roles where I take care of important files and present data to the relevant stakeholders. Also, there's scope for variety and extra work to make the job more interesting.
Worst
Management accounting can be frustrating when reports aren't working and can require lots of emailing :)

Starting salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Current salary: £37,000 - £39,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
When applying try and show how you embody the three main values of Virgin Media O2 and in particular, how you would fit well into the various teams in Finance and Strategy. Do some research about the background of the company to get an understanding of the work culture and environment you will be stepping into.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. If you are a friendly person and team player, then this should shine through in the interview. The questions were not ones that you could prepare for well in advance: questions like "Are you more of an intuitive or analytical person?"
