What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't be afraid to use examples from all sorts of sources when answering competency questions. It's often the most unexpected answers that stick out the most!
Do you have any interview tips?
In group exercises, don't be afraid to put your ideas forward, even if you're not 100% sure about them. Through making it to the assessment centre, you've proved you're good enough technically, so show assessors you're not afraid to step up.
Also, a number of existing graduates are there helping out the assessment, which makes for less intense interviews than that of some other companies.
