Being able to work with many other colleagues and being given the chance to complete my studies alongside my job with time dedicated to studying.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest and truthful about who you are. Don't try and answer how you think they'd want you to answer. They hire on potential.
Do you have any interview tips?
Keep calm. Everyone is super kind and understanding on how stressful interviews can be. If you are applying for an apprenticeship/grad scheme there is likely going to be some kind of task you need to complete so be prepared for that.
