What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

As a Graduate I get a lot of opportunities to show my skills and if I want to I can take on a lot of responsibility. At the same time there is great leadership in my team and in the department that focuses a lot on personal development and training.

Worst

At TJX it is very important to be flexible. No day ever goes as planned - if you like that, that's great!

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you show you are interested in the company itself and in the retail sector - it is not just an understanding of Finance that counts.

Do you have any interview tips?

I would say it is very important to be yourself. Do not try to play a specific role, TJX is looking for people with values that fit into the company culture.
The tasks at the assessment day give you a chance to show your personality and character, so just be as natural as possible.
