What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Really research the company and especially the industry in advance of the video interview stage as some of the questions you need to have a lot of knowledge to be able to answer.
Do you have any interview tips?
Do your research on the company before the interview, especially on the values they are looking for and keep these in mind with all the questions they ask. Think about why you like the sound of the role and the company in particular, why finance etc.
