What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best thing about the job is how much exposure you get to so many parts of the business including opportunities to connect with seniors within the business who have a lot of knowledge and advice to pass on.
Worst
The worst part about the job is that the first year is at the sister company in a different location. Whilst this is essential to give us the knowledge that is essential for progression in the role, it can at times feel a bit left out with certain things in the business.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Current salary: £37,000 - £39,000
What hours do you actually work, on average?
Start: 09:00
Finish: 17:30
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It is a very relaxed application process which stages more focused on finding out who you are as a person and if you would be a good fit rather than testing and trying to catch you out so just be yourself and show who you are.
Do you have any interview tips?
Again the assessment centre/interview was very relaxed but started to focus more on what skills you have and how this could be brought in to benefit the company. My biggest advice is just to be social and make yourself a person people there would want to work with instead of just trying to show off.
