What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Personality is just as important, if not more important, than your ability to do the job - GE can train you to do the job but your personality goes beyond that.

GE likes people who are enthusiastic, open to change and accept failure but learn from it. You are encouraged to speak up about problems or inefficiencies in your processes but come up with ideas for solutions and be prepared to follow through with them.
