What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Getting to work with good people who are nice to be around.
Worst
Insurance has lots of industry specific regulations around accounting and financial reporting which can be tough to get your head around, especially if it isn't something you have experience with. Developing my understanding around these things has be tough, particularly during busy periods.
