What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you do some research into the insurance industry, especially if you are looking at the finance graduate scheme. Try and have a basic understanding of insurance accounting and the key KPIs that they measure their success against, this will help you when you start work and won't embarrass you when you have nothing to add at the interview.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself as much as possible, if you're a bubbly funny person - show them that, they want people with personalities who will challenge the current way of working, not just someone who will do as they are told and blend in to the background.
