What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
In my previous placement I was put on furlough as there was not enough work for me. However the company made sure they found an opportunity to carry on working and developing instead of being on furlough for a significant amount of time. They therefore offered me a research project which I have been able to do from home and I will soon be moving placement to a new site where I will back in a working operation.Worst
Working from home, means I have very little interaction with anyone and it can be boring. However this is no ones fault in the current circumstances.What is the annual salary for this role?

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be open minded and trust the company to invest in you and your development.
Do you have any interview tips?
Instead of learning pointless facts about the company e.g. when they were founded etc. Practice and come prepared with times you have demonstrated certain skills in a work or personal environment. They main ones they look for are management, communication, turning things around when they are not going too well.
