Opportunity to connect with so many people across the company, and other Operating Companies within RWE.

As a grad you're there to develop, you have more flexibility to work on topics/projects that interest you.

Worst

By the time you really feel like you've got the hang of your role, your 6 months are up and you move onto the next rotation. But this is also how you learn so much within a short 2 years.
