What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best thing is getting to know brilliant minds and personalities. Being in contact with the most diverse people and also working together with them. Every day brings new circumstances that you have to adapt to and find solutions for. You learn so much every day on the job, it's amazing! The energy industry is challenged more than ever, and the future-oriented nature of this work is very exciting.
Worst
I wish I already had a deeper knowledge of the day-to-day business, but that is getting more profound each day.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you have genuine interest in the energy industry and especially in energy-trading, I would definitely encourage potential applicants to apply and show that very interest.
