What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be willing to put in the hours to get up-to-speed on what you need to know and be open to changing how you work or what you work as (i.e. expect to be mechanical but might change to structural engineering).
Always question what you are doing and have targets/goals that you can aim towards.
