What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The company is really looking for friendly and outgoing individuals. Try and get any related work experience and demonstrate your enthusiasm for the industry. Be yourself at the assessment day and be talkative, open-minded and positive.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you take the opportunity at the assessment day to ask questions about the industry and projects which the company is working on. This will demonstrate your interest and drive to learn. Being positive, sociable and confident (but not cocky) will make you stand out as they are looking for people who will fit in with the supportive, friendly work force.
