What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Great people, great environment, very sociable. Opportunity to learn from others without any assumed responsibility or pressure. Flexibility in working hours and location.

Worst

Workload can fluctuate in intensity, but is rarely challenging. There is very little formal training in departmental specialisms, so progress can be slow. TW are very set in their ways, there is not much in terms of forward thinking progression or innovation.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Don't worry too much about technical/housebuilding knowledge, the focus for the application is really to find people that will work well in the TW environment, who are good communicators and enthusiastic learners.

Do you have any interview tips?

The interview will always go much better if you are relaxed and not too prepared/scripted. TW is not an overly formal company, so you are better off focussing on answering questions honestly and openly and sharing your thoughts and queries with your interviewer in the spirit of getting to know one another.
