What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You don't necessarily have to have a mathematical background. There are many traders here with history and politics degrees but a general interest in the markets is definitely required if you are intending to work in FX. Be open on your application form, you will only know where your skill set is best suited after rotating around the bank.
