Don't worry if you don't know the answer, a lot of it is how you respond to certain situations.
You might not have all the relevant technical experience but if you've got the right attitude, that's what really counts. The rest you can learn.
Be prepared to be asked random questions that are designed to throw you off-guard and test your ability to rationally think about a response - e.g. how many people cycle to work in the UK?
