What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

This role offers a lot of opportunities for both technical and professional development. Due to the size of the company, you'll have exposure to multiple technologies, concepts (both technical and non-technical), and you'll directly see how your work impacts the business. This role will make you a very well-rounded and experienced full-stack software developer/engineer.

Worst

Depending on your personality type and personal goals, the role may seem a little overwhelming due to the number of topics and concepts you'll need to learn and study to utilise in solving daily business problems. However, this is very rewarding.

Starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Beside technical preparation, reflect on your communication style and how you manage professional relationships. How do you provide and receive criticism/feedback, how you resolved conflicts, how did you provide quality customer service, etc.?
