What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
A number of the graduates came to the role with very little insurance experience. This means that the company is looking for types of people rather than ready to go underwriters.
Also, being able to say you don't know the answer or showing a willingness to change your mind when challenged served myself and others well during the interview process.
