What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's an incredibly intense two day assessment centre, so try not to peak too early. Pace yourself, approach each challenge logically and steadily and be yourself!
Do you have any interview tips?
Many different stages and final panel interview with 3 senior people. This is a very intense interview and parts may feel a bit like an attack but it prepares you for what's to come, showing your resilience and ability to handle pressure. Those of us who actually enjoyed the challenge of combating these questions were the ones who got the job.
