What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Always be yourself; try to get this across throughout the application process, and try to show your personality too. Doing a bit of background reading about the company, and ABF as a whole, will help you to get a better insight into who we are and what we do. Including an understanding of this in your application will show you have taken time to do your research and your interest in the company.

Do you have any interview tips?

Background reading into the company may also be useful in answering some tricky interview questions, and help make the decision if a career with British Sugar is right choice for you.

Think about the skills you have gained in school/university/extra-curricular activities/previous jobs etc. and how these relate to the skills required in the role advertised, and what is reflected in the company values.

As above, being yourself through all stages of the interview process is important as you will naturally to relax and come across better. Think about some questions to also ask those interviewing you (hint: have them written down so you don't forget them on the day), again, this is just as much an opportunity to see if British Sugar is right for you as much as it is for those interviewing you.
