What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest about what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it. Do not be afraid to say what you want from Compass Group, and how your skill set and personality can match what they are offering.
Research the company as it is extremely diverse and there are many job sectors and roles which can bring about new passions in yourself, which you may not have realised before.
Do you have any interview tips?
Understand Compass Group's vison and values, as the entire company revolves around these, from top to bottom. I was asked how about my own values and goals, so I needed to be able to relate to Compass Group and how they could help me reach my targets.
