Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be aware that Compass tends to do their interview process later than other employers - but don't worry about it! If you are interested from an early stage to work with compass, why not get some operational experience at one of our racecourses or stadiums which will give you an understanding of what we do. You'll then be able to use this knowledge through the interview process!
Do you have any interview tips?
You will initially send in your CV with a few questions. Secondly, you'll be invited to take online tests in maths and verbal reasoning. Thirdly, you will be invited to a group assessment day, here you will take part in group tasks to demonstrate teamwork skills and showcase yourself amongst others. Lastly, if successful you will be invited back for a 1-2-1 interview where you will be asked mainly competency based questions. You can prepare for questions like these by googling competency questions!
