I came in as a graduate. So the initial application is the most important. Ace the quiz.
Do you have any interview tips?
Interview was quite interactive with 3 stages and 6 other people. I would say take charge attitude is loved. If they ask you about your passion it doesn't have to be about construction just talk in detail about what you love. Be ready to be in a rotational role that moves you to a different site every 8 months.
