What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The team are great, I feel incredibly lucky to have the support I have from my manager and other members of the team. The flexible working hours, and ability to work from home means I can work on my Master's degree and allows for a better work-life balance. The training is great as well, I like to learn so this job allows me to keep developing and progress my career.
Worst
I would like the main office to be closer! Its a 50 mile commute for me one way. Meaning the days in the office are very long, and I can't claim expenses for this travel. Any days I work around the county I also can't claim because of this commute.
