What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Persevere and don't wait to see a job advert. I contacted someone directly and did not have to go through the graduate recruitment process.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be passionate about the area you want to go into, show you are willing to learn. Ask questions.
I was lucky not to get any technical questions, but I was honest and said this is not my strong point. My communication skills were however above many graduates.
