Best
Lots of flexibility in the work e.g. easy to discuss where you want to improve your skills and ask for more work in different areas to be able to do so.
Worst
People in your team can be spread across the country so it can be hard to get to know people that you might never get the chance to meet face to face but speak to on a regular basis.
