Do you have any interview tips?

I believe the main key is to demonstrate confidence in one's ability. Balfour Beatty are looking for future leaders amongst graduates. A starting point would be to think back and plan responses to how the company's four values have applied to your life history - in other words, demonstrating these values comes as second nature to you. For instance one story about Teamwork could be about your role in a society at university and how well you worked with other committee members to deliver a benefit, realise a vision or reach a goal.
