Be honest. Also be certain about the avenue you want to take in the construction world- theres a big difference between civils and properties, getting it right can save you time in the wrong role/ industry.

Ask about contracts, idendifying trends in the industry can help you recognise a likely source of work for the next 5-10yrs (eg. power stations/ Rail in london)
If a contractor have steady contract wins in the power sector, this is likely to increase in the future.
In contrast anyone reliant on school projects may have to diversify.
