What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I was accepted onto the graduate development programme in early February during my final year - leaving me plenty of time to concentrate on exams rather than job applications. I believe the reason for this was because I had completed a summer internship the year before (with a different company) which really helps you stand out from the crowd.

It may sound obvious but know why you have chosen to work for Kier and research the company values.
