What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Try and keep your Personal Development Plan folder from University updated. It really helps in both your application and showcasing your previous work in the interview. With it in front of you it's not such a daunting interview and you can illustrate the points you are making with real-life examples.
Do you have any interview tips?
I was asked to expand on a number of points I made in my CV. If you say you are a team leader, hard working and "think outside the box" ensure you have real life examples of these characteristics to back yourself up. Whether it be in industry or in Uni, ensure you have a good example which shows off the chosen characteristic.
