What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The variety in my day-to-day work, along with the team I collaborate with, has been invaluable. In the time I’ve been here, the amount I’ve learned has been incredible. When I first started, my responsibilities were small, but they’ve gradually expanded as my knowledge has grown, allowing me to take on more challenging tasks.
Worst
The occasional bad weather and working outside in all conditions can be challenging, but it's something I've learned to adapt to. Additionally, the long work hours can be demanding, but they've helped me build resilience and a strong work ethic.
