What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared for numerical and reasoning tests if you make it through the initial application. This is followed by a video interview which is quite daunting - make sure to look presentable (it is recorded) and practice numerous times prior to taking the real interview - it is quite bizarre essentially talking to yourself and takes a while to feel comfortable.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you have a solid understanding of structural design methods for the technical interview. There are other parts to the interview which require good writing and reasoning skills (within a timeframe), the ability to present yourself well and have at least a basic understanding of what it is the company do.
