What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest with your skills and try to relate them to Skanska's Five zeros and three deadly sins. Be sure to read up on Skanska projects that have something in common with your own interests. Be sure to relate your answers to Skanska's goals.
Do you have any interview tips?
The assessment day was really relaxed. Everyone was just sitting around all chatting in between the main exercises. This was great as it helped me feel a lot more calm. Make sure and prepare for the presentation, group work and test as well as the interview. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, so don't be put off by something you're not good at.
