What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Rarely ever take work home so outside of work your free time is yours.
Worst
Early starts - usually start on site at 7:30am and work until 5pm. Working in construction means that you have to go where the project is so isn't always super steady.

Starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Take your time to complete the interview assessment - it's not one that can be rushed and requires a lot of attention.
Do you have any interview tips?
Come prepared with your presentation - it doesn't have to be construction related. If you don't have time to make one/ come up with an idea, it's usually okay to pick something you have done/ researched recently at university - so its fresh on your mind and you have a lot to speak about.
Alternatively, something that you have a personal connection to is always a good idea - help you showcase your personality.
For the actual interview, there were questions regarding company values and how your experience to date relates to the job role. Speak about why you want to work at the company and it's always a good idea to look at the company's recent projects or any that you find interesting so you have something to speak about.
