What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared for a long process when appplying, but if you stick with it and take each stage as it comes it will be well worth it. Make sure you do your background research and try to get your head round the different sectors we operate in.

Do your homework is the best advice I can give, because you really need to demonstrate that you understand the basics of what the company actually does. The odd fact and figure also helps because if nothing else, it demostrates you have put the work in and want the job. Other than that just be confident and believe you have the qualities which will be beneficial to Compass.
